Busy.....busy......busy!

We've had a busy weekend over at Stitches at the NEC, Birmingham. For those of you that don't know, Stitches is a large (and after 5 hours of walking round it, our feet can verify this!!) event where our wholesalers come together to showcase this seasons new collections. We can't wait to unpack some of the lovely new lines, and hope that you enjoy them too.

So, what have we got coming into the shop??? Well here's a taster of a few of them:

The colours in this collection are just stunning and fresh - it's going to be a hard decision as to what side of the paper to use! This collection also includes some lovely co-ordinating Distressed Solids (also double sided).

This collection captures the perfect combination of beautiful colours and a sophisticated touch of style. It's perfect for those vintage photos and memories from the past.

Hampton Crop

Wow - it's been a week since we were with the lovely ladies at the Hampton Crop. We had lots of fun with them doing two classes using embossing punches, distressing and misting techniques.

Our theme this month was scrapping on a budget. We taught two Layouts using just 5 papers, some cardstock and a mix of bought and home made embellishments, which resulted in two very different Layouts. It's always great to see how another scrapbooker will be taught a Layout and then add their own bit of personality onto the page.

We love teaching the Hampton ladies and are looking forward to joining them again in the next couple of months.

Crop Night

We had a full house for our regular Friday Evening crop last night. Amid lots of laughter and chatter, all of our lovely ladies were very productive completing lots of yummy projects.



We're off to visit the Hampton Crop today to provide a shop for them and also to teach two classes.

It's a busy weekend so far but great fun.

A Layout to share

Brrr...the days may be getting a bit lighter, but boy is it still cold. I thought I'd add a bit of sunshine to tonights post by using some of the Echo Park Sweet Summertime papers to create this simple Layout. All products used can be found here
